Job Summary
Support CFO-led financial initiatives by performing hands-on government contracting finance activities across contract compliance, indirect rates, project accounting, billing, labor allocation, financial close support, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate closely with the CFO, Corporate Controller, Accounting, Program Control, Contracts, Human Resources, Project Managers, and company leadership to analyze contract and business performance while maintaining accurate, timely, and well-supported financial information. This mid-level role combines a strong accounting foundation with the ability to move comfortably between detailed financial data, government contract requirements, recurring accounting processes, and executive-level analysis at The One 23 Group.
