Financial Operations Associate - Southeast Asia

Job Summary
Financial Operations Associate responsible for processing and reconciling client deposits/withdrawals, preparing cash flow reports, tracking and analyzing financial operations performance, ensuring accurate balance tracking, communicating updates with global teams, and drafting transaction projections. Requires 2–3+ years in financial operations, a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, advanced Excel skills, Mandarin fluency, and the ability to work independently with rotating shifts (overnight/weekends) in a fully remote Southeast Asia setup. You’ll interact with regional teams and support treasury and internal controls in a global broker environment providing access to Forex, CFDs, and other financial markets.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently and handle rotating shifts including overnight and weekends
- Fully remote position based in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore)
- 40 hours per week
