Financial Operations Analyst - Funds Distributions

Job Summary
Liaise with Transfer Agents and Fund Management companies regarding contract notes, statements, and fee queries. Process transaction commissions, reconcile payments for Trailer and Platform Fees, and manage agreement setup within the Rebates Processing Client system. Maintain data integrity through validation and reconciliation between source data and business applications. Provide high-quality service by resolving enquiries and identifying opportunities for automation and operational improvements. Challenge non-standard processes to ensure risk assessments and controls are in place. Participate in projects and conduct User Acceptance Testing as required. Ensure activities are delivered within agreed time frames while partnering with internal teams to expand service capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of industry experience related to financial services operations

- Proficient in English
