Job Summary
This role focuses on managing financial records, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities. It demands hands-on data handling, accuracy in transactions, and ownership of financial processes beyond basic bookkeeping. Responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling financial records, producing monthly financial reports in Google Sheets, tracking expenses (including CapEx) and intercompany activities, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with banks and vendors, and driving workflow improvements to ensure data integrity and timely reporting. The position requires independent work, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, and professional English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (multi-entity experience preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (complex trackers, formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear and professional English communication skills
