Job Summary
Develop and maintain financial models for central utility, chilled water, renewable energy, and power infrastructure projects. Evaluate project economics, pricing strategies, capital structures, and financing alternatives while performing sensitivity and scenario analyses. Update assumptions, validate inputs, and ensure model accuracy for central utility, chilled water, renewable energy, and power infrastructure projects. Support the preparation of financial analyses, reports, and presentation materials for executive leadership. Interpret financial data to support business planning and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with engineering, operations, development, and finance teams to collect data and validate assumptions. Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external advisors to understand project financing and regulatory considerations. Maintain financial databases, model documentation, and analytical tools to support consistency across projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, two years of related experience, and proficiency in Excel. 0-15% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
- Four years of directly related experience
- Two years of related experience
- Outstanding analytical skills
