Job Summary
Financial Market Analyst in Dallas, TX, supporting HF Sinclair’s renewables segment. Responsibilities include researching and assessing markets, building and maintaining financial models, performing complex financial analyses, forecasting and reporting for senior management, preparing budgets and cost analyses (OPEX and COGS), and assisting renewables sales/procurement with market entry strategies. The role collaborates across departments, delivers insights to management, and may involve SAP system support and dashboard upkeep. Requires three years of finance/accounting/renewables market analysis experience, a Bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and strong written and verbal communication. Office-based with occasional site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field (minimum)
- Three years experience in finance/accounting/renewables market analysis/energy or related area
- Advanced analytical and research skills
- MS Excel proficiency
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and manage financial models
- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience with pricing strategies and procurement/sales support
