Job Summary

Coordinate with maintenance on apartment-related issues and foster a collaborative team environment. Requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, ability to work independently or in a team, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ledger understanding are valued.
