Job Summary
Manager, Business Operations at NTT DATA oversees day-to-day administrative, financial, people and procedural activities within a business area, directs optimization of cost/service structures, and ensures delivery of budgeted financial goals. Leads development and implementation of efficient operations and reporting on progress of strategic plans; collaborates with department heads to align operational objectives with organizational goals; drives process improvements and governance across HR, Finance, Marketing, and other functions. Requires advanced interpersonal and communication skills, strong business acumen, strategic planning abilities, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams toward a unified vision. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Experience: senior leadership with budgeting and operational excellence; Work arrangement: on-site in Gurgaon, India.

- Advanced experience gained within a senior leadership role
- Advanced hands-on experience in strategic planning and business operations
