Job Summary
Strategic financial leadership for Truist's Technology, Data, and Operations Finance team, serving as a business consultant to Core Technology and Operations finance. Owns short- and long-term forecasting and the annual financial plan, provides financial guidance for new product development, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities, leads performance evaluations, and mentors analysts. Drives executive-level insights and ensures data integrity and reporting accuracy while coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining GAAP compliance. In-office role located in Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA with a five-day-per-week on-site requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent education and related training
- Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience including complex financial analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes; ability to build consensus and present factual information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; sound decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with GAAP
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; financial modeling experience
