Job Summary
Oversee financial operations in the US, ensuring compliance with headquarters' policies, local regulations, and international accounting standards. Establish and enhance financial systems, lead annual budgeting and strategic planning, and conduct multi-dimensional financial analysis to support executive decision-making. Manage cash flow, optimize tax strategies, and implement internal controls to prevent fraud. Serve as the primary liaison between US operations and headquarters, reporting on financial performance and collaborating with IT on digitalization initiatives. Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and tax authorities while supporting ad-hoc projects. Requires 5+ years of experience in mid-to-large tech or manufacturing firms, bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, and a relevant degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing from a European or American university
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, as well as local tax regulations
- 5+ years in finance roles within mid-to-large tech or manufacturing firms (Europe/US), including 3+ years in a managerial position
- Proven track record in budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) for cross-border collaboration
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High integrity, adaptability, and stress tolerance
- Willingness to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred certifications: ACCA, US CPA, or equivalent
