Job Summary
Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to assess financial risks and create action plans for daily management optimization. Monitor North America entities' cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to strategically optimize planning. Coordinate with local business units for budget preparation, quarterly rolling forecasts, and resource allocation strategy improvements. Analyze financial performance to enhance report quality and fulfill headquarters requirements while identifying process optimization opportunities. Drive necessary policy localizations based on suggestions from local offices.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy / Finance
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Proven experience in managing external audits and ensuring statutory compliance
- Excellent knowledge of US tax and finance compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams
- A proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Chartered Accountant membership
- Experience in the Technology/Internet industry
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin
