Job Summary
Lead after-school sessions teaching practical financial literacy and business concepts to students through discussion-based and project-based activities. Teach topics such as budgeting, banking, credit, investing, entrepreneurship, pricing, marketing, branding, and customer experience; adapt lessons for different age groups; guide students through simple finance/business projects; communicate with site staff and track attendance. Role requires delivering engaging lessons at partner sites in Little Rock, with 1–4 hours weekly over ~10 weeks, and compensation starts at $50+ per instructional hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 60 college credits
- Background in business, finance, entrepreneurship, or related field
- Experience working with students or groups (teaching, tutoring, training, etc.)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a clear, practical way
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a school or group setting
