Job Summary
Lead engaging, discussion- and project-based after-school sessions focused on financial literacy and business concepts for students. Teach budgeting, banking, credit, basic investing, entrepreneurship, pricing/profit, marketing/branding, and communication skills; adapt lessons to different ages and experience levels; guide students through a simple business or finance-related project; track attendance and coordinate with site staff. Roles are contract-based, 1–4 hours per week, at partner schools or community sites in Little Rock, AR, with rolling start dates and compensation of $50+ per instructional hour. Requires minimum of 60 college credits and a background in business/finance/entrepreneurship, plus teaching or group-experience and strong facilitation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 60 college credits
- Background in business, finance, entrepreneurship, or related field
- Experience working with students or groups (teaching, tutoring, training, etc.)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a clear, practical way
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a school or group setting
