Job Summary
Actuarial pricing leadership role based in London responsible for Financial Lines and Cyber portfolios across Europe, leading a team of pricing actuaries/analysts, developing exposure and experience rating models, supporting underwriting decisions, and collaborating with underwriting heads, finance, and planning to achieve profitable growth and portfolio discipline in the London Market.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Actuary with 10+ years of long tail lines pricing experience in Specialty/London Market
- Experience leading a pricing team of actuaries/analysts
- Strong collaboration with underwriting teams across Europe
- Experience developing and calibrating exposure rating models and experience rating models
- Ability to monitor portfolio performance and communicate insights to senior management
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
