Mentor employees in company and technical competencies while operating with substantial latitude for unreviewed action. Requires 10+ years of experience leading financial intelligence teams, a Top Secret clearance, and knowledge of OFAC, FinCEN, and OIC. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with analysis
- 10+ years of experience leading teams of financial intelligence related professionals
- Experience conducting, researching, and writing intelligence analysis in support of government missions
- Experience with financial Intelligence methodologies and practices, including AML and CTF
- Knowledge of OFAC, FinCEN, and OIC
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business, or Political Science
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Top Secret clearance is required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with senior level clients on topics of high priority
- Knowledge of data science and data analytics principles
- Master's degree CAMS or ACFCS Certification
