Job Summary

Sell payments and cash-management solutions to international banks and broker-dealers within JPMorgan's Financial Institutions Group, driving end-to-end client experience. Build a robust pipeline and execute a comprehensive selling strategy in collaboration with Product and Banking coverage officers. Coordinate with client service, compliance, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal to optimize delivery, while gaining deep understanding of client objectives, market dynamics, and buying processes to position JPM solutions effectively. Drive execution of the JPM Payments sales & client strategy to grow new business, maintain revenue, expand market share, and increase wallet share with target clients.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience selling cash management products
  • Familiarity with Trade Finance products
  • understanding of credit, the credit/risk process and compliance nuances of correspondent banking
  • ability to manage client risk dynamics in global relationships
  • ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients globally
  • identify and exploit sales opportunities, position and close new business
  • strong account planning and execution
  • understanding of customers' industries, business needs and potential solutions
  • excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
