Job Summary

Independently manage a portfolio of tactical clients with primary responsibility for cross-sell, return generation, and First Line of Defense. Perform complex financial analysis, create high-impact presentation materials, and serve as direct support to Executive Directors for internal and external presentations. Mentor and develop staff including Analysts and Associates while managing priorities across multiple high-priority engagements. Provide support to Capital Markets businesses by assessing securities products and services for clients. Requires 7-8+ years of experience in banking, investment banking, or M&A, with Series 79 and 63 licenses. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a total base pay range of $96,500.00 - $207,500.00 USD.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7 - 8+ years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, M&A or Capital Markets
  • 4+ years of corporate banking analysis and sales management
  • Strong corporate finance and credit skills
  • Underwriting experience
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license
  • Series 79 license
  • Series 63 license
  • Professional proficiency in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Leadership and collaboration skills across matrixed organizations and cross functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to lead teams and initiatives
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate strategy, and client engagement
  • Ability to synthesize market intelligence into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required securities licenses in accordance with company policy
