Job Summary
EMEA Client Onboarder responsible for overseeing the onboarding and setup of core cash management services for regional clients within JPMorgan Chase’s Global Corporate Bank. Manages end-to-end implementation from kickoff through go-live, coordinating with Sales, Product, KYC Operations, Client Service, and other internal partners to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality client experience. Develops project plans, hosts client meetings, tracks status, escalates issues impacting timelines, identifies process improvements, and supports colleagues as needed. Requires strong project management, client servicing, time management, and English communication skills, with experience serving corporate/financial institutions and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred BA/BS degree and knowledge of Treasury Services and Securities products, plus additional European language proficiency.

- Experience working with corporate and/or financial institutions clients with strong client servicing skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Project management skills required; proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop an implementation plan and execute deliverables
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a high-pressure, competing-priority work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and partner with colleagues; Strong interactive personal and communication skills and ability to influence others for positive results
- Effective issue resolution and escalation skills
- Excellent English written & verbal communication ability
