Job Summary
Mobilize new potential customers and conduct community sales drives, focus group discussions, and door-to-door marketing to grow the group lending portfolio. Lead monthly 3-pack training sessions on financial literacy and the FINCA Uganda Self-Managed Group Product methodology, guiding group formation, cohesion, and record-keeping while evaluating member readiness for credit loans. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to execute monthly action work plans and provide weekly feedback. Requires motorcycle riding ability, fluency in English and local languages, and strong sales and marketing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Education or any other related field
- Fluency in both English and local language in area of operation above
- Ability to ride a motorcycle
- Excellent Sales and Marketing Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent at Customer Service
- Good Problem-Solving skills
- Accuracy
- Good at time Management
- Good communication skills
