Job Summary
Own significant portions of financial analyses and transaction workstreams while partnering directly with senior bankers to solve complex financing challenges. Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated Excel-based financial models evaluating debt capacity, project feasibility, capital structures, and long-term cash flow performance. Build and analyze complex financing structures incorporating multiple debt instruments, layered capital structures, and credit enhancement features for public agencies and nonprofit organizations. Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financing alternatives and prepare proposals for client communication. Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-assisted analytical tools to improve modeling efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of financial engineering and investment banking, focusing on expanding capital access for public-purpose borrowers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 6 years of experience
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
