Job Summary
Financial Education Advisor combines business development with sales support to manage and grow client relationships for Desjardins. Responsibilities include selling products and services through multiple channels, developing personalized solutions for members/clients, coordinating with partners and practitioners, analyzing data, preparing reports, overseeing portfolios, monitoring industry trends, and driving customer satisfaction while balancing profitability and risk. Requires a Bachelor's degree, at least four years of relevant experience, fluency in French and English, ability to travel ~50% within the Montréal area, a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and readiness for on-site sessions with potential telework. Strong interpersonal skills and accountability for achieving unit objectives are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English
- Available for travel 50% of the time within the Montréal area
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- On-site sessions at clients’ locations early in the morning, in the evening, or occasionally on weekends
