Job Summary

Lead financial due diligence engagements for middle-market transactions (buy-side and sell-side), performing analyses on key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet, and leading reports such as Quality of Earnings. Identify key risks and business drivers, guide adjustments, and analyze operational data, net working capital, debt and debt-like items. Draft tailored transaction advisory reports and collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development. Supervise, train, and mentor associates while aiming to meet or exceed targeted billing hours and contributing to engagement year-end reviews. Travel up to 25%.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, advanced degree preferred
  • 2 to 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function
  • CPA preferred or CPA in process preferred
  • Solid experience in accounting, audit, or transaction advisory services
  • Strong knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects
  • Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Can travel as needed. Up to 25% travel
