Job Summary
Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate supporting middle-market transactions. Perform in buy-side and sell-side engagements, including carve-outs, for private equity investors and asset-based lenders. Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and various capital-market transactions. Lead due diligence on key income statement and balance sheet areas, identify risks and drivers, and draft reports such as Quality of Earnings. Collaborate with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development, mentor associates, and meet billing targets. Travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2 to 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level required
- CPA preferred or CPA in process preferred
- Solid experience in accounting, audit, or transaction advisory services
- Strong knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice
- Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills
- Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communications skills
- Prior relevant consulting experience preferred
- Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 25%
