Job Summary
Financial Due Diligence Senior Associate at Grant Thornton | Stax Transactions. Perform in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, including carve-outs, for private equity investors and lenders; support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures analysis; conduct due diligence on income statement and balance sheet; lead development of reports (including Quality of Earnings) and tailored advisory outputs; analyze key drivers such as working capital, debt, and cash flow; prepare initial reports and collaborate with partners on proposals and business-development efforts; supervise and mentor associates; travel up to 25%. Solid foundation in accounting/audit/transaction advisory, US GAAP/GAAS, and excellent communication and leadership skills; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA preferred; willing to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 2 to 6 years of related work experience
- CPA preferred or CPA in process preferred
- Strong knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and M&A
- Travel up to 25%
