Job Summary

Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups, and commercial lenders, managing engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle. Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements, leading meetings with clients and target management while planning, executing, and directing financial due diligence for buyers across various industries. Examine client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, and net working capital impacts, then draft reports to socialize findings and insights. Manage client expectations regarding timing, progress, deliverables, and deadlines while developing strong client relationships and driving business development activities. Meet sales targets and targeted billing hours, mentor staff, and resolve client issues promptly. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
  • Industry recognized professional certification
  • Strong current knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects in a rapidly growing practice
  • Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Can travel as needed
  • Expected travel is up to 25%
