Job Summary
Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for middle-market transactions across corporate clients, private equity groups, and commercial lenders. Manage engagements lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams and international colleagues, and serve as day-to-day point of contact with clients and target management. Plan, execute, and complete due diligence; analyze client data for key trends, quality of earnings adjustments, and net working capital impacts; draft socialization reports on QOE and business performance. Drive client expectations, develop and maintain client relationships, and lead business development activities including proposals and thought leadership. Travel as needed (up to 25%) and supervise staff through coaching and performance reviews. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or related license/certification preferred; strong US GAAP/GAAS/SEC Knowledge; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
