Job Summary
Conduct financial data analysis and build predictive models using structured and unstructured datasets to improve customer and operational Key Process Indicators. Develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large financial and ERP datasets, specifically supporting Oracle EBS R12.2 platforms and modules including A2R, CA, and P2P. Execute COOP design upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and full failover exercises while maintaining the DAI Information System Contingency Plan. Translate analytical results into actionable outputs that drive product outputs and expose new business opportunities. Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Continuity teams to evaluate new technologies like Oracle Golden Gate. Requires TOP SECRET clearance, IAM III certification, and travel to Washington, DC approximately 25% annually.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Clear criminal history check
- No recent or pending bankruptcies
- IAM III Certification: CISM, CISSP, GSLC
- Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Math or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant and practical experience with SAS, data processing, and data analytics
- Deep experience with data mining and statistical analysis
- Experience supporting DoD Federal Oracle shared service providers on an Oracle EBS R12.2 platform or higher
- Must be willing and able to travel to the client site in Washington, DC approximately 25% annually
