Job Summary
Financial Data Analyst role responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and sales data to provide actionable insights; coordinates with finance, operations, and leadership to improve forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial performance. Develops financial and sales performance models and forecasts, performs customer profitability analysis, prepares reports and dashboards for stakeholders, identifies opportunities for cost savings, pricing optimization, and revenue growth, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, ensures data accuracy across financial and sales systems, and collaborates with sales, finance, and operations teams to support business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or sales/data analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience analyzing sales metrics such as revenue, margins, and customer profitability
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities
