Job Summary
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for applications supporting Financial Crimes investigations and operations. Gather, analyze, and document actionable business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage a portfolio of technology applications, coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups to balance competing priorities, resource capacity, and delivery commitments. Serve as a liaison between business users and development teams, ensuring priorities are aligned and product enhancements are implemented successfully. Own and manage end-to-end product risk through preventive controls, monitoring activities, and effective remediation to ensure operational stability. Execute initiatives through Agile methodologies while utilizing tools such as Jira, SQL, Teradata, and Hadoop to support product delivery and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Delivery, or related disciplines
- Experience managing technology products, applications, or platforms in an Agile environment
- Strong experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Experience using Jira for backlog management, Agile delivery, and change management
- Experience developing and executing test scripts and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience querying data using SQL
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms such as Teradata and Hadoop
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, project timelines, and delivery dependencies in a fast-paced environment
- 1st shift (United States of America)
- 40 Hours Per Week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Financial Crimes, AML, KYC, Fraud, Sanctions, or Compliance organizations
- Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, and technology transformation initiatives
- Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
