Job Summary
Team Lead for Financial Crime Operations responsible for guiding a team of AML/CTF analysts, coaching and developing staff, delivering agreed operational activities for clients, and providing insights to the Operations Manager on team performance, resource needs, and QA outcomes. Requires tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines, 3+ years AML/CTF experience, 2+ years in AML team leadership, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a passion for AML/CTF. Applicants must have working rights in Australia and reside in Australia; role is contract and office-based in Melbourne, VIC.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in either Business, Commerce, Financial Services, Accounting, Law, or relevant discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in AML/CTF
- 2+ years' leadership of an AML Operations team
