Financial Crime Senior Compliance Manager - 12 month Fixed Term

Job Summary
Lead and support the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) program, focusing on enhancements to the FCC framework across AML, sanctions, proliferation financing, anti-bribery and corruption, and fraud prevention. Design and implement FCC risk assessment methodologies, enterprise-wide risk assessments, and due diligence standards; review RCSAs and remediation activities; develop oversight and testing plans for FCC controls; contribute to regulatory reporting and governance with partners across KYC Operations, Relationship Managers, Transfer Agents, Middle Office, Investment Compliance, and Investment Operations. Drive process improvements and leverage technology/AI to simplify FCC operating models, while supporting training, risk management, and hedging against regulatory risk. Hybrid work arrangement in London (up to one day per week from home) with collaboration across EMEA/APAC; strong emphasis on intellectual curiosity, collaboration, and delivering actionable controls and improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the second line FCC team within the asset management industry
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AML, sanctions, proliferation financing, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud prevention and evasion
- Formal qualification in anti-financial crime such as ACAMS, ICA certificate or Diploma in AML or financial crime prevention
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
