Job Summary
Senior Financial Crime Compliance Manager responsible for supporting the GFCC function, enhancing FCC framework and risk assessment methodologies, conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments and due diligence across clients, assets, and vendors, and driving training, oversight, and control improvements. Collaborates across KYC Operations, Relationship Managers, and Investment Compliance to implement FCC policies, perform risk-based reviews, identify control gaps, and support regulatory reporting. Requires practical knowledge of AML/CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud prevention, and tax-evasion risk management within asset management; strong communication, stakeholder management, and an analytical mindset to sustain robust governance and continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications include ACAMS or ICA AML certifications and related credentials.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in the second line FCC team within the asset management industry
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AML, sanctions, etc.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time
- Analytical skills for FCC investigations
- Ability to build relationships and stakeholder management
- Willingness to engage in hybrid work arrangement (up to one day remote)
