Job Summary
Design, implement, and uplift comprehensive Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime (AML/CFT, Sanctions, ABC) frameworks for global financial institutions. Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments, advise on remediation of regulatory findings, and drive the implementation of compliance monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms. Act as a subject matter expert to anticipate regulatory shifts and prepare clients for examinations. Requires hands-on experience working directly for a recognized financial services regulatory body or central bank in a supervisory, examination, enforcement, or policy role. Must be open to relocating to the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) for a full-time, permanent, or interim contract with top-tier global consultancies.
Required Qualifications

- The ability to translate complex regulatory expectations into practical, commercial, and actionable strategies for private-sector clients
- Exceptional communication skills with the gravitas to advise C-suite executives, Board members, and external regulatory bodies
Desired Qualifications
- served as a Regulatory Supervisor, Examiner, or Inspector with a strong focus on Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance
- built their careers working directly for leading global financial services regulators (e.g., FCA, SEC, FINRA, ECB, MAS, ASIC, HKMA, etc.)
