Job Summary
Deliver the FC Compliance programme by supporting the MLRO, managing AML activities within defined metrics and budget, and ensuring all assigned work meets methodology and standards. Provide FC compliance oversight across the firm, advise on problem resolution, and manage regulatory engagement through regular reporting to senior management and committees. Lead the team by building a culture of trust, setting shared goals, and tracking progress while identifying, mitigating, and monitoring compliance risks. Requires 4-6 years of experience in 2LOD Financial Crime Compliance, ACOI qualification, and expertise in regulatory reporting and horizon scanning. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience working in 2LOD Financial Crime Compliance Manager role in regulated financial services
- Expertise in managing compliance workflows including regulatory reporting, regulatory correspondence, compliance monitoring, horizon scanning, development and implementation of compliance frameworks
- ACOI qualification or relevant equivalent
- Expertise identifying, mitigating and monitoring compliance risks
