Job Summary
Manage Ticket and Credential Office cash receipts, daily deposits, and recordkeeping while ensuring all internal controls are followed. Track and reconcile credit card transactions for ticket sales, parking, camping, and group sales; process customer account credits, refunds, and employee expense reimbursements. Reconcile departmental funds, prepare month-end cash deposits, and investigate discrepancies between SCORE and Great Plains systems. Monitor fraud prevention using Kount/Ekata and SCORE, resolve credit card disputes, and develop fraud-review rules. Support the Vice President with annual and monthly budget preparation, forecasting, and variance monitoring. Assign contractual tickets, maintain inventory for the IMS Marketplace, and manage Brickyard Bucks and Penske Bucks orders. Provide customer service during peak periods by processing ticket renewals, upgrades, and applications.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in accounting, finance, cash management, or a related field
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills
- Ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions
- Solid knowledge of accounting and cash-management practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field from accredited college/university
- Must be able to work overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have the stamina to work long hours and must be willing to work an irregular schedule, which may include weekends or evenings
