Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with medical or dental insurance billing
- Must be able to safely lift up to 30 lbs
- One to three years experience with medical or dental insurance billing
- One to three years experience in a customer service role
- Ability to improvise in a busy work environment
- Self-motivated, especially under pressure
- Committed to the position, arriving on time for all shifts and staying late as needed
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Able to effectively manage emotions in the workplace
- Communicates effectively and efficiently, both verbal and written
- Flexible in a changing work environment
