Financial Controller (VC or Hedge Fund- Investment Accountant)

Oversee financial reporting, audit coordination, and accounting operations across a multi-entity investment and treasury platform. Prepare accurate financial statements, management accounts, and supporting reports in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, general ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews. Lead external auditor coordination, support regulatory and tax reporting, and strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks. Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy. Partner with operations to ensure data integrity and assist in financial system implementation. Requires 10+ years of financial control experience, proficiency in Xero, Enfusion, Excel, and VBA/Python, with a preference for hedge fund or digital asset background.
