Job Summary
Financial Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations for a growing company with manufacturing, distribution, and online sales channels. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls; manage A/P, A/R, and ledger functions; mentor accounting staff; drive process improvements and financial systems while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution and requires 4–5+ years in controller roles, experience in manufacturing/distribution/e-commerce, and strong leadership skills; CPA or advanced credentials are a plus. Bayonne, NJ-based, in-office position offering $180,000/year BOE.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5+ years of Controller experience
- Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution, and e-commerce
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
