Financial Controller / Site Leader

Job Summary
Lead site finance and accounting at Parallax HQ, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, monthly close, payroll and payables, and internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP, DCAA/DCMA, and Uniform Guidance. Drive financial performance, reporting, and risk management; develop financial strategy, manage accounting staff, and coordinate indirect rates and annual reporting. Partner with cross-functional leaders and external vendors to support business growth and operating excellence; support audits and regulatory responses as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficient in finance accounting, budgeting, control, audit, compliance and reporting within a complex financial environment
- Expertise in working with Federal grants, contracts, MOU’s and similar legal instruments
- Working knowledge in overseeing compliance with financial management and reporting for Federal and State awards
