Job Summary
Financial Controller who will prepare and coordinate local and group reporting; perform detailed P&L, CAPEX and net working capital analyses with variance analyses; support data accuracy, transparency, and data consolidation; contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning by preparing templates and monitoring processes; manage cost allocations; support internal controls and quality checks; prepare management and business review presentations; collaborate with international teams and cross-functional departments; requires a degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and several years in Controlling/FP&A; strong Excel/ERP/BI skills, English proficiency, and ability to thrive in an international environment; hybrid work model with office visits in Katowice (Poland) and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of relevant experience in Controlling / FP&A (ideally more than 3 years)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on mindset
- Profound Excel skills and strong technical competence (ERP, BI tools)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment
