Job Summary
DHT Controller across Taunton, MA and Bridgewater, NJ responsible for driving operational and financial performance for the Downhole Technology production across two sites; partners with Plant Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial to analyze performance, strengthen cost discipline, and maximize profitability; leads planning and budgeting, and prepares monthly financial statements reflecting end-to-end performance; builds relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial; requires ability to travel between sites; CPA/CMA or CMA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing plant accounting and controlling
- Strong Excel and software/systems skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen

- CPA, CMA, or CGMA (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
