Job Summary
Manage all Accounting & Finance functions by establishing policies, procedures, and controls with detailed audit trails in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Oversee month-end closing, general ledger posting, and reconciliation while preparing accurate financial statements, forecasts, and tax compliance reports for Gaming, Hospitality, and Retail operations. Supervise staff through recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to regulatory standards including NIGC, State Compact, and Tribal Gaming requirements. Work evening and weekend shifts with irregular hours in an office or casino setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Seven (7) years' Accounting & Finance experience
- Five (5) years in management capacity
- Minimum of five (5) years in gaming & hospitality experience
- Experience with processing multi-state payroll
- Experience with completing 401k and Roth Year End Census
- Experience with Capital Asset and Project management
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., UKG, WFD)
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Osage Nation Gaming License
- Willingness and ability to travel on a limited basis
Desired Qualifications

- CPA
- Knowledge of Tip, GITCA compliance and Sales Tax reporting
