Job Summary
Lead a finance team and drive operational strategy through standard costing implementation, financial modelling, and ERP leadership for Tropos/Kinetic. Own the month-end and year-end close, manage inventory and working capital, and ensure HMRC compliance across multiple entities. Partner with senior leadership on cost analysis, capex reporting, and cashflow forecasting while guiding external audit processes. Deliver accurate management accounts and strengthen financial controls to support Board decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience leading and developing established finance teams
- Strong technical grounding across financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Experience operating as a trusted partner to senior leadership
- Gravitas, credibility, and the ability to influence across a multi‐site or multi‐entity environment
- Hands‐on capability combined with strategic thinking
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or product‐led environments
Desired Qualifications
- ERP implementation experience (Tropos/Kinetic desirable)
