Job Summary
Coordinate Controlling activities for several offshore wind farms in the EU; act as financial business partner for Offshore management to identify innovative solutions and safeguard successful development of the business; manage and develop reporting and planning processes; monitor operational planning and monthly KPIs; advise the Operations Team to improve financial performance; standardize and develop reporting practices for the new combined business; liaise with internal and external stakeholders within the RWE group and assets.
Required Qualifications
- Completed university studies in Business Administration or Finance, or STEM with supplementary qualifications in finance.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and present it in a clear and logical format
- Professional experience in a commercial environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and develop effective working relationships both within the Controlling team and the wider business
- High level of self-organization, personal engagement, energy and flexibility
- Fluent in English and German required
- Ability to work effectively across different countries and cultures
- Knowledge of the value drivers in Offshore Wind (advantageous)
- Experience with SAP Business Warehouse, Visual Analytics, PowerQuery, PowerBI
