Job Summary
Lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multiple entities; own month-end and year-end close, consolidated reporting, reconciliations, and GL integrity; design and improve processes, internal controls, and reporting; build budgets, forecasts, and rolling cash flow; partner with ownership on financial planning and operational reporting; develop job costing and gross margin reporting for operational visibility; prepare financial statements and KPI dashboards; manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations; oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, fixed assets, and cash flow; drive process improvements and automation; mentor accounting staff and scale finance infrastructure for growth; CPA/CMA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of accounting and/or finance experience with progressive responsibility
- Multi-entity accounting experience including intercompany reconciliations and consolidated reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Experience building processes, systems, and operational structure in a growing business environment
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with accounting/ERP systems; QuickBooks Online experience preferred
