Job Summary
Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance for a hands-on manufacturing operation in Mississauga. Own the full accounting function including general ledger, monthly/quarterly/annual closings, AP/AR, payroll, tax, and external audits; manage cash flow and purchasing; oversee cost accounting, inventory valuations, standard costs, COGS analysis, and variances. Responsible for financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and providing financial insight to support growth; collaborate with inventory analyst on purchasing and maintain customer price lists and reports in Excel. Requires ERP proficiency, advanced Excel, and 5–10+ years manufacturing accounting experience; Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and CPA/CMA preferred; English fluency; in-office role with M–F 9–5 hours; salary $90k–$120k plus annual bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
