Job Summary
Controller to lead Insight Pest Solutions' accounting infrastructure and reporting, overseeing daily accounting operations, month-end and year-end closes, intercompany allocations, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, tax compliance, and financial planning; partner with leadership to deliver timely, accurate financial statements and actionable insights; supervise accounting staff; preferred CPA and home services exposure. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of experience, GAAP proficiency, and ERP systems proficiency (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, SAP) with advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Experience with intercompany allocations
- Experience in multi-state and local payroll tax and sales tax
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
