Job Summary
Oversee daily operations including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash control. Influence strategic direction by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and driving business results. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintain robust internal controls to protect assets, and accurately account for revenues and expenses. Provide financial advice to the General Manager and Departmental Managers while acting as the primary contact for auditors and regulatory agencies. Requires 13 years of experience with 5 years in a supervisory hotel finance role, proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and strong leadership and negotiation capabilities. Located in Hong Kong for a senior supervisory role within a prominent Asian hospitality industry player.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance and Accounting or a related discipline
- 13 years of experience in finance and accounting
- minimum of 5 years in a similar supervisory role in hotel environment
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Proficiency in both oral and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills
