Job Summary
Lead and manage accounting operations in a manufacturing environment, overseeing day-to-day accounting functions (AP/AR/GL/bank reconciliations), GAAP-compliant financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, inventory costing and cost accounting, and supply-chain financial oversight. Coordinates with external auditors, manages payroll and benefits systems with external partners, and ensures regulatory compliance while driving financial accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision-making through strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
