Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial modeling across business units; partner with department leaders to translate operational plans into financial outcomes; own monthly/quarterly performance reviews, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational performance; act as trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decision-making, supporting new product launches, pricing decisions, and investment planning; produce high-quality financial presentations for HQ, Board, and shareholders; strengthen data-driven reporting capabilities using tools like Board BI; consolidate data from multiple systems to improve data quality and standardization; build and lead a high-performing FP&A team aligned with HQ guidance; ensure alignment with Group accounting principles and global standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Managerial Finance
- Experience in a senior leadership role within an international organization
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Fluency in Italian is required
- Experience working in matrixed, global environments, ideally with European headquarters
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
